These are the famous Swedish TRÄSKORNA- wood shoes- still very popular among old Swedish people during the summer. In Skåne, the southern part of Sweden they are called svart tofflor-black slippers.
They resemble the willow wood Dutch clogs.
Similar shoes can be found in the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Italy, among the people in the countryside.
